    • Wine club membership enrolls you in recurring shipments billed automatically through Vinoshipper to your saved payment method, plus applicable taxes and shipping.
    • You can fully customize each shipment in your account up to the cutoff date — swap, add, or remove bottles — as long as you stay at or above your tier's minimum bottle count.
    • You can switch tiers, pause, or cancel anytime in your Account at least 3 days before your next ship date.
    • All wine deliveries require an adult signature (21+) with valid government-issued ID. We do not ship to PO boxes or to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipments are prohibited.

    When will my shipments arrive?

    We time our quarterly club shipments to arrive a little before holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, the end of summer, and Thanksgiving. Our yearly shipment should arrive around Thanksgiving. We also continue to push out new club member shipments up until around December 14 for new holiday sign-ups.

    Can I customize my shipment before it ships?

    Yes. About a week before each shipment is processed, we'll email you a link to customize it — swap wines, change quantities (within your tier minimum), update your delivery address, or skip the shipment. After the customization window closes, your shipment is locked in for processing.

    Can I customize my selections?

    Yes. Before each release, you'll receive an email from Vinoshipper with a link to your customization page where you can swap or adjust wines before the customization deadline.

    Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes! There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account.

    Where do you ship?

    We ship to most states in the US. Check availability for your state during sign-up.

    Who picks the wines?

    Our team curates each release by hand, choosing wines that reflect the season and our latest releases. You can always swap selections through the Vinoshipper customization link before the deadline.
